Run a wellbeing quiz

A quiz is a fun way to build awareness around wellbeing, test knowledge and create healthy competition.

OBJECTIVES

Why is a quiz a good idea?

  • Quizzes can be a fun and engaging way to build awareness of key Groov concepts, such as the 6 Pillars, DOT and Rituals

  • They also provide an opportunity for teammates to connect and create ‘healthy competition’ among coworkers

HOW TO GET STARTED

  1. Determine the logistics: time, location/platform, host, teams, etc

  2. Agree budget (if any)

  3. Communicate the ‘what’ and ‘why’ with leaders to encourage their participation

  4. Advertise the upcoming quiz and prizes/incentives (if any)

  5. Select the desired and relevant questions and answers from here. We recommend a maximum of 30 questions – of course some can be worth double points!

  6. Set up the logistics (e.g. powerpoint with the questions, paper and pens, etc.) including any dedicated budget for snacks/refreshments etc

  7. Get underway:

    1. Welcome all participants

    2. Clarify rules (e.g. no phones), expectations (e.g. work as teams), how placings will be determined (e.g. one minute to submit each question), and other logistics (e.g. total time)

    3. Have fun!

    4. Advertise winners and build the excitement to create momentum/interest for another time
