HOW TO GET STARTED
Create a Shout Out board in 6 simple steps
Decide on whether it will be a physical or virtual space and how it will be set up
Agree on how and where it will be used
Identify the resources needed to get started, e.g. budget, team leaders
Agree on a communication strategy to promote this space, its importance, and guidelines for use
Give people opportunities to share Shout Outs openly and anonymously
Embed this into weekly or monthly team meetings or other key meetings
