Using the Ritual builder
Use the instructions below as your guide in creating your first team ritual!
1. Go to your Ritual Builder page
The Ritual Builder website link is unique to your workplace. Reach out to your workplace’s Groov primary contact for this link.
It will look something like this:
https://rituals.groovnow.com/your-company
Go to your Ritual Builder page by typing the address in your web browser's address bar.
2. Add a new team
To create a team ritual, make sure to add your team first.
Click on 'Add a new team' button.
3. Enter your team information
Type in your email address and team name.
4. Enter your first team ritual
Fill in the 'Trigger' and 'Action'. Visit this page for some ritual ideas inspiration!
Using the dropdown, set the 'Check-in frequency' of how often you would like to check-in about this ritual.
This feature sends you an email reminder to check back and reflect on the ritual. The email check-in only takes a minute and will help you track how often the ritual is being completed, and how valuable it is for the team.
5. Check your Email
A confirmation of your first published ritual will be sent to the email address that you've provided.
This email contains the unique link to your team page.
6. View, add and edit your rituals
Use the unique team link from your email to visit your team page.
You can view all the rituals published on this page.
To create new rituals, click the 'Create a new ritual' button.
To edit an existing ritual, click the 'pencil' icon beside the ritual.
To delete a ritual, click the 'trash can' icon beside the ritual.
