An enjoyable, inspiring and thought-provoking experience for all. Modules are designed to be engaging and interactive, plus they’re bite-sized so people can fit them into a work day.

Users need to create an account to access the modules, so that their progress and module activities can be saved. Their account also needs to be linked to your organisation so that we know they're one of your team members. They can use their App account, if they already have one that's linked.​

LEAD / SHOW / CARE

Our foundational LEAD, SHOW, CARE series teaches you how to look after your own wellbeing, set an example, and support others in your workplace. It’s a must-watch for any leader!

  • Get everyone to understand and prioritise their wellbeing with the first Module in this series, LEAD:

    • Look after themselves and prioritise their wellbeing

    • Experiment to find out what works for them

    • Adapt to change things up when needed

    • Develop habits that can be built into their day

    From building their own wellbeing plan to learning about brain chemicals and the dual continuum model, this Module will kick things off and help build habits that stick. Includes an introduction to the 6 Pillars of Wellbeing, Groov’s own wellbeing framework.

  • Bring wellbeing into the workplace and make it a priority with the second Module in this series, SHOW:

     

    • Set an example ⏤ talk about what you do

    • Help by suggesting different ideas to try

    • Observe by looking for opportunities in the workday

    • Work as a team and do things together!

     

    Learning how to help others embrace wellbeing is all part of SHOW. Includes an introduction to rituals, a guided exercise to create team rituals, and using the Ritual Builder.

  • Equip your team to support others around them while keeping themselves well, in the last Module in this series, CARE:

     

    • Check ⏤ how to ask others if they are okay

    • Active listening skills

    • Reassuring others

    • Encouraging others to get help when needed

     

    Life can be challenging and there will be times when people are distressed. CARE teaches people to care for themselves and others, without burning out or feeling overwhelmed. Includes a guide to difficult conversations in the workplace and how to talk about wellbeing at work.
