Science-backed and clinically led

From the Hub, wellbeing leads can send wellbeing surveys designed by Groov’s team of clinical and wellbeing experts. These surveys will capture a baseline for wellbeing in your organisation, and can be rolled out periodically to track changes. Privacy is always protected with data captured anonymously and aggregated in the Hub.

Using Groov’s 6 Pillars of Wellbeing framework, this survey helps people identify their areas of need and provides a clear path forward towards improving their own wellbeing.

Workplace Temperature Check

This assessment helps to identify the aspects of workplace wellbeing that are functioning well, and the ones that might need looking into. There are two options available, so you can choose to survey your leaders, people, or both.

With powerful data in the Hub, you'll be able to see trends, commentary, and identify areas that need attention. Suggestions and next steps are there to help workplaces of all sizes take action.

What you can track in the Hub

  • This score reflects the results of your Workplace Temperature Check. It will help you identify the aspects of workplace wellbeing that are functioning well, and the ones that might need looking into. 

  • Learn how people’s collective mental wellbeing is tracking in your workplace with the individual mental wellbeing score. This score uses Groov’s 6 Pillars of Wellbeing framework, which helps people identify their areas of need and provides a clear path forward towards improving their own wellbeing.

  • Discover how your people are engaging with the different components of the programme, including the Groov App, Modules and Rituals.

  • How do your people feel about workplace wellbeing? See the collective sentiment and how people feel things are going with the Workplace cares about my wellbeing score.
